Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metrological Instruments SP5500 SCANNER KIT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micronix product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the DMS3NA0CSN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RFT97121KNRFT97121KN manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMC200 by Manufacturer Micronix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Microscan Brand FIS08200010GFIS08200010GMS820MS820 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micromotion such as DRT1NAOEA equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AT006050S0 made by Micron as well as the popular MA104P1 original spares produced by Micro-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPL2410ERPL2410E by Michael-Riedel and DRT1NAOEA spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8623 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler.
